- Create attractive, realistic marketing plans specific for each brand.
- Define key objectives for each plan.
- Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns accordingly.
- Regularly evaluate and adjust the marketing plans.
- Analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies based on data insights.
- Conduct periodic reviews with team members to ensure alignment.
- Budget management o Allocate resources effectively across campaigns and projects. o Monitor expenses and provide detailed budget reports.
- Participate in the recruitment of marketing team members.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and fit.
- Support onboarding and training processes.
- Supervise and control the effectiveness of the marketing team members.
- Set clear expectations and goals for team members.
- Provide feedback and conduct performance evaluations.
- Plan, execute and supervise various marketing activities to meet the brands objectives.
- Coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Ensure timely delivery of all promotional materials.
- Evaluate the current market trends and maintain the positioning of the brands in the market.
- Conduct competitor analysis. o Identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Evaluate the potential of new products and brands through market surveys.
- Develop surveys and analyze customer feedback. o Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Organize and manage events such as products launches, customers meetings, training sessions, end-users’ meetings.
- Plan event logistics and coordinate with partners.
- Monitor event success and gather feedback for improvements.
- Identify and develop relationships with appropriate KOLs to obtain their endorsement and advocacy in the skincare community.
- Negotiate collaborations and partnerships. o Track the impact of KOL campaigns.
- Develop online and offline marketing messages, content to enhance our brands awareness.
- Work with designers and content creators for high-quality materials.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
- Seek and develop opportunities in the digital sector to optimize ways to reach customers.
- Research and implement new marketing technologies.
- Explore innovative platforms and channels.
- Regularly collaborate with the Commercial Manager to ensure the targets and objectives of both teams are aligned.
- Share insights and coordinate strategies for mutual goals.
- Collaborate closely with teams in Vietnam for strategic alignment and leverage their expertise to enhance marketing initiatives in the Philippines.
Requisito
- Bachelor or Master in Marketing, Communication or related fields Experience
- At least 3 - 4 years in Marketing, Communication or related fields
- Knowledge in skincare and dermatology
- Marketing expertise
- Strategic thinking
- Passion and knowledge about cosmetics (specially skincare) products and industry
- Team management
- Analytical skills
- Multi-tasking and flexible
- Fluent in English and Tagalog (French would be a plus)
