ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee the execution of business-to-business (B2B) marketing initiatives, with a focus on lead generation, workshop promotion, and amplifying the founder's thought leadership. This role is ideal for an executor who thrives on making campaigns happen, optimizing systems, and driving measurable outcomes.


This role will report to the leadership team and operate within defined strategic frameworks to run digital campaigns, improve funnels, and grow engagement across content and partnerships. He/she will deliver high-quality leads and build scalable marketing processes that support the goal of 5x profitable growth over the next 5–7 years.


WORK SCHEDULE: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Eastern Daylight Time (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays


POSITION TYPE: Full Time


WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Run marketing campaigns for speaking engagements and workshops, ensuring strong promotion and high attendance
  • Enhance digital marketing funnels to improve lead quality and reduce cost-per-acquisition, focusing on data-driven results
  • Drive content engagement and manage a consistent content calendar, growing engagement across social media, email newsletters, and other channels
  • Execute referral and partner marketing initiatives to expand reach and revenue streams
  • Manage vendors, optimize campaign workflows, and improve marketing processes for efficiency and impact
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results aligned with business goals


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred
  • 5+ years of business-to-business (B2B) digital marketing experience, with a track record of running campaigns, optimizing funnels, and delivering measurable results
  • Exhibit content and engagement skills and expertise in content marketing and community building, with a knack for growing engaged audiences
  • Ability to execute referral or partner marketing campaigns to drive revenue
  • Comfort working in a lean, high-growth environment without large teams or bloated budgets
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute independently across time zones
  • Results-driven mindset, low ego, and passion for the client’s mission and values
  • Ability to thrive on solving problems and making an impact
