The Content Strategist is responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that align with brand objectives, support marketing campaigns, and engage target audiences across various digital platforms. The role combines creativity, analytical thinking, and strong project management skills to ensure content is purposeful, compelling, and results-driven.


  • Develop and lead the overall content strategy across digital channels (website, social media, email, etc.)


Social Media Content Direction

  • Oversee the messaging strategy for platforms (e.g., Facebook, IG, TikTok, etc).
  • Align posts with brand voice and marketing themes; support community engagement
  • Provide support by crafting compelling content for performance ads that drive click-throughs and conversions.



Content Calendar Management

  • Develop and maintain a strategic calendar covering articles, social media, email, and campaigns.  This may include a cross-channel editorial calendar to ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Sync timing with product launches, events, and marketing priorities.
  1. For assigned brand focus -Plan and create content calendars based on product launches, campaigns, seasonality, and audience behavior.
  2. For Other brands -  Supervise and oversee  content calendars based on requirement
  • Collaborate with marketing, creatives, and sales teams to align messaging and ensure consistency across platforms.

  • Manage website content updates and lead the development of high-conversion landing pages 
  • Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Specialist   and eCommerce teams.

to optimize content for SEO, ensuring strong keyword integration and alignment with search intent.


Influencer & KOL Content Partnerships

  • Provide content briefs, monitor post alignment, and evaluate performance of content created by influencers.
  • Coordinate amplification across owned platforms.
  • Research audience insights, content trends, and competitor strategies to inform direction.
  • Write or oversee the development of high-quality content including articles, press releases, social media captions, campaign messaging, product descriptions, and more.


Email Marketing Content/ Newsletter

  • Develop copy and structure for email marketing initiatives including newsletters, promotional campaigns, and lifecycle flow
  • Coordinate with Customer Service / Community Strategy Manager to help shape the communication, tone and tools to engage, inform and retain customers
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics to measure effectiveness and refine strategies.
  • Manage content workflows and timelines, ensuring timely delivery and execution.
  • Recommend new formats (e.g., video, infographics, interactive content) to increase engagement.
  • Maintain and update brand voice and content guidelines.


Secondary Responsibilities

  • Content Support for Other Teams
  • Provide copy support for internal communications, HR campaigns, or training materials.
  • Assist in localizing or adapting content for other markets or regional branches.
  • Support the Marketing & Creatives teams with other activities as needed.


Requisito

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficient in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
  • Creative thinker with an analytical mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the retail industry.
  • Basic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe Suite) or video editing skills.
  • Understanding of paid media and influencer content strategies.
