Descripción

Inventory Management: Records incoming supplies and encode in the system for approval
Stock Monitoring: Conducts regular inventory checks/count to track stock levels and report discrepancies
Documentation & Reporting: Maintains accurate records of stock movement (Stock Card), deliveries, and other documents related in the warehouse. Receives and coordinates all documents/items from other departments intended for branches
Shipment Coordination: Prepares and prints issue slip/delivery receipt of all orders and requests of branches and head office for timely delivery of goods. Counter checks all packed items before dispatch

Requisito

Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in any field
Prior experience in logistics custodianship and warehousing
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory recording and tracking
Proficient in inventory software, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant tools
High level of integrity and trustworthiness
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Willingness to adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies
