Descrição:

This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the distribution and sales of Getz products through key trade channels. These channels may include wholesalers, distributors, healthcare providers, retail pharmacies, and other partners. The Key Accounts Manager ensures that the right products are available to customers at the right time and place, while driving sales growth, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with key trade partners. This role is pivotal in executing channel strategies and ensuring the effective distribution of products across various markets. Responsible for the management of accounts/channels tagged in their respective territories- including Private and Public Hospitals, Industrial Accounts, and Government Accounts.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance sales and market expansion.
  • Identify and explore new opportunities for improved product distribution.
  • Align strategies with overall company objectives through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key trade partners.
  • Oversee daily communications to ensure efficient product distribution.
  • Negotiate agreements to support long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Set, track, and achieve sales targets for various trade channels.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend performance improvements.
  • Ensure effective execution of promotions, campaigns, and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry conditions.
  • Provide regular performance reports, including sales forecasts and market insights.
  • Offer strategic recommendations based on data analysis and trade partner feedback.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Address distribution challenges to maintain continuous market availability.
  • Work with marketing teams to implement trade-specific promotional campaigns.
  • Develop tailored marketing programs to boost product visibility and sales.
  • Equip trade partners with product training and marketing materials.
  • Ensure all trade activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure trade partners meet compliance standards.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade channel management, sales, or distribution within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience in managing key trade partners, driving sales growth, and optimizing distribution channels
  • Experience with sales forecasting, market analysis, and trade marketing is preferred.
  • Experience in developing and implementing trade strategies and promotions is highly preferred.
