Descripción

Configure, customize, and maintain Jira instances to meet organizational needs.
Create and manage workflows, screens, fields, and other Jira configurations.
Set up user accounts, groups, and permissions in Jira.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Jira configuration and usage.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Jira with other tools in the Atlassian ecosystem.
Provide training and support to end-users on Jira best practices.

Requisito

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or any related program
Knowledgeable in any query language or scripting language such as SQL or Python.
Understanding of any project management principles such as Agile, Scrum and Kanban.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to create comprehensive documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Has basic skills in Jira System
