Descripción

Translates documents and other materials from Filipino / English to Nihongo and vice versa accurately to preserve the original meaning and tone.
Acts as translator during meetings and conferences attended by mixed groups of people particularly Filipinos and Japanese.
Conducts research on subject matters related to Japanese economy, arts, culture and politics.
Submits periodic reports as often as necessary.
Performs other functions as may be assigned by immediate Supervisors or the President.

Requisito

Job Title: Japanese Translator
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Language, Linguistics, or related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant translation experience.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Japanese and English; strong translation and interpretation skills.
Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with potential remote work options.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent communication skills, and a passion for language.
