Descripción

Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on various devices.
Assist in network connectivity problems and escalate complex issues.
Maintain an organized ticketing system and document solutions.
Educate users on best practices and new technologies.

Requisito

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in troubleshooting, excellent communication, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Provide assistance with hardware and software issues, maintain IT systems, and resolve technical problems.
Working Conditions: Office environment, may require after-hours support.
