Hiring Now: IT Technology Analyst - Assistant Manager

Location: Clark Pampanga, Philippines

What You’ll Do:

• Procurement & Vendor Management – Work with stakeholders to collect requirements, initiate procurement requests, and collaborate with external vendors.
• Service Transition & Delivery – Implement technology migrations, system upgrades, and ensure smooth service transitions.
• Incident & Problem Management – Troubleshoot and resolve 2nd-level incidents, service requests, and conduct root cause analysis (RCA).
• Service Continuity & Availability – Manage backups, ensure redundancy in power, systems, and networks, and track IT service capacity.
• Security & Compliance – Implement corrective actions based on security alerts and ensure compliance with information security policies.
• Change & Release Management – Manage system updates, maintain Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and oversee release activities.
• Service Improvement & Reporting – Identify and execute improvement plans, handle escalations, and prepare service performance reports.
• IT Asset & Knowledge Management – Maintain IT assets throughout their lifecycle and contribute to knowledge-sharing resources.
• Business Continuity & Organizational Initiatives – Participate in BCMS drills, ensure business continuity compliance, and support company-wide IT initiatives.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 6 - 8 years of IT experience, focusing on network management & service delivery
• Strong leadership skills with a customer-service mindset
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, telecommunications, and cloud technologies
• Hands-on experience in Incident Management, LAN & WAN networks, and Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls
• Proficiency in troubleshooting IT setups and managing service escalations
• CCNA or CCNP certification required (expired certifications accepted with relevant training & work experience)
• Willing to work shifting schedules (US Shifts) onsite in Clark Pampanga
• Immediate start preferred
