Descripción
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
- Provide training and support to employees on safety practices.
- Investigate accidents and near misses, reporting findings.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Promote a culture of safety within the organization.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or a related discipline.
- Experience Level: 5–10 years of hands-on experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) roles.
- Skills and Competencies: In-depth understanding of safety regulations, risk management, and emergency response procedures.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and enforce safety procedures, perform regular safety inspections, and foster a culture of workplace safety.
- Working Conditions: Combination of office and on-site work, with possible exposure to hazardous materials.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical thinking, clear and effective communication skills, and a proactive, safety-focused mindset.
