Process employee registration, updates, and inquiries for government-mandated benefits (SSS, PAG-IBIG, PhilHealth)
Coordinate with government agencies for compliance, contributions, and other related matters
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefits and government contributions
Assist in processing loans and benefits claims under government agencies
Handle employee offboarding, including clearance processing, final pay documentation, and government separation notifications
Ensure proper filing and documentation of HR records
Support other HR administrative functions as needed

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
1–2 years of experience in HR operations, particularly in processing government-mandated benefits (SSS, PAG-IBIG, PhilHealth)
Knowledgeable in government requirements, employee registration, contribution monitoring, and benefits/loan processing
Experience in employee offboarding procedures is an advantage
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Willing to work on a hybrid setup (Davao-based)
Available for a 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM shift
