  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings and screening candidates.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Support onboarding and training programs for new hires.
  • Help coordinate employee benefits and payroll activities.
  • Assist with performance management processes and employee relations.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, support HR planning, and maintain employee records.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: With 6 months relevant experience in HR or recruitment. (Fresh Graduate with promising credentials can be considered)
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, possessing strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working Conditions: Typical office environment, full-time position with standard business hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player with a positive attitude.
