Conduct monitoring to technicians
Check email
Inform technicians about mall concerns
Checking of billing
Check personnel’s attendance
Do clerical works and other related works asked by the superior
Schedule events and activities in engineering department
Does timekeeping of Engineering Maintenance

Requisito

Willing to be assigned in Paco, Manila
College graduate of any 2yrs or 4yrs course
With experience in clerical works is a must
Computer literate
Accurate in details
Flexible in location
With certificate of employment
Flexible and can work on a fast-paced environment
Physically and mentally fit for the job and in good health
Punctuality and reliability are very important
