簡介

Mainly responsible for the total welfare of the entire HR department in handling HR operations including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training & development, personnel movement and performance evaluation, policy implementation and strategic planning.
Oversee administrative operations and HR/Admin staff members, improve office policies, system and procedures and generally will ensure the office operate smoothly and efficiently.

職位要求

At least five (5) years of experience as HR Manager.
Preferably Human Resource Management or any related Business Administration course.
