Descripción

Labor Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations and labor-related issues.
  • Promote positive labor relations through the development of fair workplace policies and practices.
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify trends or issues impacting labor relations.

Compliance Management

  • Ensure the company adheres to local, state, and labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement compliance programs, policies, and procedures to prevent legal violations.
  • Monitor and report on compliance performance,identifying risks and recommending corrective actions.
  • Conduct internal audits and prepare for external inspections related to labor and workplace standards.
  • Manage required documentation, including employment contracts, CBA records, and compliance reports.

Training and Education

  • Raise awareness about employee rights and responsibilities as outlined in company policies and labor laws.
  • Collaborate with HR Strategic to create programs promoting a fair, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.

Risk Management

  • Identify and mitigate risks related to labor disputes, non-compliance,and employee dissatisfaction.
  • Proactively address labor-related issues to prevent workplace disruptions such as strikes or protests.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant workplace by conducting regular inspections and reviews.

Requisito

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in labor relations, compliance, or a related HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Proven experience in handling union relations, grievance management, and collective bargaining.
  • Experience in SSS, Pag Ibig, Philhealth and other Company related benefits
  • Excellent interpersonal skils
