  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support benefits administration and payroll processing.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and training programs.
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Assist in policy implementation and compliance.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.

Requisito


-not more than 35 yrs. old

- Graduate of any 4-year course preferably B.S. Psychology or Behavioral Science

- With at least 1-2 years working experience as HR Staff

- With good communication skills

  • - With background in human resource principles and employee relations.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience Level: 1 to 2 year of experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Employee Relations, strong Communication Skills, MS Excel, knowledge of DOLE Labor Law, and Recruitment Training.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment processes, manage employee relations, and maintain HR records.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.
