Descripción
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and common areas.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors regularly.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, maintain customer satisfaction, and document interactions.
- Change bed linens and towels as needed.
- Restock supplies and amenities in rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues to management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in furniture care, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning. Must be customer service oriented and have strong organizational skills.
- Working Conditions: Physically demanding role involving regular lifting and manual tasks in various environments.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
