  • Greet guests upon arrival, ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process, and assist with any special requests or inquiries during their stay.
  • Reservations and Billing: Handle reservations, update booking systems, manage guest accounts, and process payments accurately.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, resolving issues, directing guests to hotel amenities, and offering recommendations for local attractions.

Requisito

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact with guests, staff, and vendors in a clear and professional manner.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in hospitality, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to multitask, handle high-pressure situations, and manage reservations, check-ins, and administrative tasks efficiently.
