Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance goals and improve account management.
Maintain a well-organized work environment to enhance productivity.
Demonstrate resilience under pressure while effectively handling multiple tasks and challenges.
Manage diverse personalities and resolve conflicts with professionalism and diplomacy.

Requisito

Minimum of 6 months experience in a leadership role as Host Team Leader
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate various interpersonal dynamics.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage stress and remain composed in challenging situations.
A proactive and motivated attitude toward achieving goals and enhancing team success
