• Provides assistance to library users in meeting their needs
•  Ensures proper handling and care of library resources
• Represents the library in inter and intra-college affairs and participates in professional organizations in the library information service community
• Implements and enforces library policies, protocol and procedures
• Oversees the maintenance and improvement of library set-up conducive for study and research
• Keeps an updated inventory and document of all library holdings
• Conducts timely weeding out and recommends for retention and disposal of weeded out library resources
• Participates in quality assurance, accreditation, academic, non-academic and research tasks or activities relevant to the library and area of specialization
• Perform other tasks and functions assigned from time to time as College deems necessary

• Graduate of Bachelor and Masters in Library and Information Science
• With active PRC License (Registered Librarian)
• At least 1 year related experience
• Knowledgeable with library online management and library management systems
• Preferably with background in accreditations and government required documents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
