Descripción

Cooking meals and ensuring food quality
Maintaining Kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
Managing kitchen supplies and reporting shortages
Assisting in weekly shipments and inventory recording
Communicating with service staff about menu details
Checking equipment in the kitchen and reporting to RM if equipment/s needs maintenance or repair
Checking daily stocks of the kitchen and making sure that all wastage and spoilage are recorded daily.
Flexible in schedule and tasks
Oversee kitchen operations, manage staff, maintain food quality, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requisito

Preferably male, aged 25-35 yrs old
Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or Senior High School equivalent.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a culinary leadership role.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong team player, effective restaurant management, operations management.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment; Ability to work overtime when needed.
Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.
