This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager, located in Makati. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budget management, financial reporting, and analysis. Daily tasks will include preparation of financial statements, monitoring and managing cash flow, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting strategic decision-making through detailed financial analysis. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to support overall organizational goals and objectives.

• Strong financial planning and analysis skills
• Experience in budget management and financial reporting
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus
• Experience in the property management or real estate industry is preferred
