As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer inquiries via voice, chat, or email. Your goal is to deliver excellent service, resolve concerns efficiently, and represent Everise’s commitment to world-class customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, chats, or emails from customers professionally
  • Resolve customer issues with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Provide product or service information clearly and effectively
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, customer satisfaction, and response time
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information
  • Stay updated with Everise’s processes, systems, and client requirements

Requisito

  • At least Senior High School graduate or High School graduate (Old Curriculum)
  • With or without BPO experiencefresh graduates and career shifters are welcome
  • Good English communication skills
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
  • Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Amenable to work at any Everise site (depending on current openings)
