Descripción
- Facilitate open communication with employees to address concerns and provide support and guidance.
- Issue necessary Notices to Explain (NTE) and Notices of Termination (NTD) when required.
- Maintain records of NTEs and NTDs
- Aiding collaboration between management and employees, resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with senior management to address employee concerns and relations matters.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Provide HR policy guidance for improved workplace dynamics.
- Perform other duties that may be required from time to time.
Requisito
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Psychology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant training/certifications in Employee Relations.
- Proficiency in MS Office tool and Computer literate
