Job Summary:

The Employee Engagement Analyst role focuses on effectively fulfilling and delivering tasks related to the following:

  • Administrative Partner – provides support in creating and delivering effective and efficient HR processes, services tailored to unique business requirements.

  • Employee Champion – helps in promoting workforce commitment

Job Description:

  • Provides administration support in the whole spectrum of the Employee Engagement functions, i.e. email blasts, coordination, on-ground support on execution, craft materials/collaterals.

  • Acts as the first point of contact (POC) in addressing inquiries pertaining to employee engagement concerns.

  • Performs day-to-day Employee Engagement activities such as but not limited to coordinating with vendors and other REPH support teams.

  • Able to generate and analyze reports such as but not limited to survey results and feedback.

  • RELX Cares reporting hours.

  • RELX Cares activity review, approval and document validation.

  • Oversees and provides support, guidance in all engagement activities by REPH or even division-owned/driven engagement events; from design, development and implementation.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder. Open to fresh graduates!

  • Great communication and written skills

  • Detail oriented, demonstrated project management skills and an ability to work with tight deadlines

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communications and has the ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization

  • Amenable to work on a flexible schedule including weekend work as required

  • Experience in event management is an advantage
