• Sales Manager
• Location: Quezon City
• Salary Range: 30,000 - 40,000
• Fieldwork (Strike Anywhere)
• 8:30 am to 6:15 pm (M-F), 9 am to 2 pm (Sat)

• Create and implement sales strategies to the achieve the company revenue goals.
• Set realistic sales quotas for the sales team.
• Forecast sales performance and identify opportunities. 
• Manage sales budget and monitor the expenses.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with current and prospect clients.
• Recruit, train and mentor sales personnel.
• Evaluate sales team performance.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year business course or any related field.
• With at least three (3) years work experience as sales manager.
• Has worked in an industry of CCTV systems, any security devices or technology products.
• Possesses thorough knowledge in CCTV systems and/or other security devices, their components, installation processes and industry standards.
• Has the ability to build and maintain a good relationship with the clients.
• Providing excellent customer service and attending client needs effectively.
• Able to analyze sales data, knows the latest trends and make a data-driven decision.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Willing to do field works.
• Can start immediately is a plus.
