- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations and inventory.
- Optimize product listings for search and conversion.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing for promotions and campaigns.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from browsing to checkout.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team for the banners and platform improvements.
- Monitor and resolve customer inquiries and issues quickly.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in digital marketing strategies, customer relationship management, and sales techniques.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work options.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for e-commerce trends.
