Descripción

  • Dishwashing: Wash dishes, glasses, utensils, and cookware by hand or using dishwashing machines.
  • Cleaning: Ensure all kitchenware is properly sanitized and cleaned to meet health and safety standards.
  • Organization: Organize and store clean dishes and kitchen equipment in their designated areas.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, making sure they are in good working condition.
  • Trash and Waste Management: Dispose of trash, recyclables, and food waste in a timely manner.
  • Assisting Kitchen Staff: Help kitchen staff by retrieving clean dishes, utensils, and supplies as needed.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep dishwashing area clean and free of debris; clean the floors, counters, and walls around the dishwashing area.
  • Stocking Supplies: Replenish kitchen supplies, such as soap, detergent, and paper towels.
  • Adhering to Health and Safety Regulations: Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Additional Tasks: Assist with other tasks as directed by supervisors or kitchen staff.

Requisito

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
