We are seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support our performance marketing and eCommerce strategies across multiple channels. You will be responsible for planning, implement, analyzing, optimizing, and reporting on digital ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and our own website, to help maximize ROI and drive sustainable growth.


Campaign Analysis & Performance Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of paid media campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads.
  • Review marketplace advertising campaigns (Lazada Sponsored Solutions, Shopee Ads, Zalora Marketing Solutions).
  • *Evaluate the effectiveness of different ad creatives, formats, and audience segments.

Marketplace & eCommerce Analytics

  • Analyze traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance on Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, and suggest improvements to ads
  • Track promotional performance during campaigns (e.g., 6.6, 11.11).

Website & Funnel Performance

  • Track key web metrics such as traffic sources, bounce rate, conversion rate, and cart abandonment using Google Analytics and/or other tools.
  • Provide insights into user behavior and recommend CRO (conversion rate optimization) initiatives for landing pages.

Reporting & Dashboards

  • Develop and maintain weekly and monthly performance dashboards across all channels.
  • Present actionable insights to internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Identify trends and anomalies in data to proactively address issues or capitalize on opportunities.

Testing & Optimization

  • Support A/B testing efforts on creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Recommend optimizations to improve ROI, ROAS, and CAC.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or similar roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Google Analytics, Excel, and marketing platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads)
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and implement marketing campaigns, monitor campaign performance, and engage with online audiences.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based with potential remote work opportunities; may involve occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Creative, detail-oriented, analytical thinker, and a team player.
  • Additional Requirements : NBI / Government Mandated Benefits Numbers (SSS/Philhealth/TIN/Pagibig)
