We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join an international team working on high-impact data integration and transformation projects. You’ll collaborate with global stakeholders to build scalable data pipelines, optimize large datasets, and contribute to cloud-based data solutions. Core Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines and API integrations using Python.
• Work on data ingestion, transformation, and processing across multiple formats (Parquet, ORC, etc.).
• Build and manage workflows with orchestration tools like Apache Airflow or Dagster.
• Model relational, dimensional, and NoSQL data structures to support analytics and application development.
• Leverage AWS services (Glue, Lambda, IAM, DynamoDB, S3, Step Functions, CloudFormation/CDK) to deploy and manage infrastructure.
• Collaborate with multicultural teams, ensure high-quality deliverables, and drive continuous improvement in data processes.
• Apply best practices in test-driven development and code quality standards.

Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering roles, with a focus on integration and transformation.
• Expert in Python for API/data processing and TDD approaches.
• Proficient in SQL and familiar with big data formats like Parquet and ORC.
• Data modeling expertise: relational, dimensional, and NoSQL.
• Experience with AWS Glue, Lambda, IAM, DynamoDB, Step Functions, and CloudFormation or CDK.
• Orchestration tools: Apache Airflow or Dagster.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Nice-to-Have

• AWS services: Athena, Kinesis, MSK, MWAA, SQS.
• Experience with Apache Spark, data streaming platforms (Kafka, Kinesis).
• Client-facing or leadership experience in multicultural environments.
