Descripción
- The Customer Support Representative / Implementation Officer is responsible for handling both existing and new client engagements.
- This includes the implementation and training of LSTVI’s proprietary software solutions, addressing client concerns, and providing after-sales technical support.
- The role ensures client satisfaction through responsive support, timely implementation, and proper documentation of enhancements and customization requests.
Requisito
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in software implementation, client support, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, remote access tools, and support ticketing systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willing to travel for onsite client training and support, if needed
