Descripción
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from insurance and financial clients
- Provide accurate information and support regarding policies, coverage, and investment products
- Assist clients with account updates, policy inquiries, and transaction processing
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards, including FINRA guidelines
- Maintain professionalism and accuracy in documentation and communication
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
Requisito
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 License (Required)
- Senior High School Graduate OR completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- At least 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience preferred (BPO/Healthcare/Finance an advantage)
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig
- Willing to work on a night shift schedule
- Strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, and problem-solving skills
