Descripción

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Department: Marketing

Reports To: Marketing Assistant Manager / COO

Location: #20 Corner Rose St., Reparo Rd., Barangay 161, Baesa, Caloocan City

Work Setup: On-site

Employment Type: Probationary (5 months)


The Customer Service Representative serves as the frontline of communication between Exxel Prime Int’l Trading Inc. and its customers. This role handles inquiries, complaints, orders, and feedback for ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics, ensuring excellent service across physical and online sales channels such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, chat, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Provide accurate product information and assist with order placements or concerns.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to track and fulfill orders.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Record and resolve customer issues while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor ratings and reviews and respond accordingly.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of products, promotions, and platform policies.
  • Support sales and marketing teams in addressing customer needs.
  • Compile customer feedback and prepare reports for improvement.
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to after-sales service.

Requisito

  • At least a graduate of any 4-year course (preferably in Communication, Marketing, or Business).
  • With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service or e-commerce support is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in messaging platforms, e-commerce dashboards, and Microsoft/Google tools.
  • Friendly, patient, and able to multitask.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Customer-focused, professional, and dependable.
  • Willing to work on-site in Baesa, Caloocan City.
