Job Title:

Customer Service Representative – Voice (International Account: Comcast)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our international voice support team for Comcast, one of the leading telecommunications companies in the United States. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving issues, and providing world-class support for Comcast’s products and services including cable, internet, and voice.

  • Handle inbound voice calls from Comcast customers in the U.S.
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries, account updates, service issues, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Provide accurate product and service information, including promotions and upgrades.
  • De-escalate concerns and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions in the system accurately.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and first call resolution (FCR).
  • Stay updated on Comcast’s latest offerings, systems, and procedures.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Comcast products and services is a plus.
  • Experience using CRM tools and call center software (e.g., Salesforce, Avaya, Genesys).
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.

Requisito

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Without voice-based international customer service or BPO experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral or American accent.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot basic internet and cable issues.
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays.
  • Amenable to work onsite or in a hybrid/remote setup (depending on company policy).
