- Assist customers with inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, manage schedules, and ensure satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve complaints and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and document interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
- Support sales efforts by promoting additional services.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in the English language, strong customer service skills, and effective scheduling abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with regular hours; potential for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, detail-oriented, and strong communicator.
