Descripción

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

Assist customers, resolve inquiries, and maintain CRM records.

Requisito

Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
Experience Level: 1-2 years in a customer service role preferred.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions: Office-based, may require evening or weekend shifts.
