  • Resolve complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements

  • At least High School (old curriculum) graduate.
  • At least 6 months of CSR experience in a BPO company.
  • Good communication skills.
