Descripción
- Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements.
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrations.
- Assist the sales team with technical inquiries and product solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling presentations.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience during the pre-sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in a customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in the English language and strong customer service skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may involve occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, patience, and a positive attitude.
