The Creator Partnership Coordinator will play a vital role in identifying and sourcing potential creators who would be a great fit for our platform. Job Responsibilities:

• Research and prospect creators across various platforms to identify strong potential fits.
• Provide sourced creator leads to the Creator Partnerships team to help drive new signings.
• Stay up-to-date with trending creators, social media shifts, and emerging talent to inform outreach strategies.
• Assist in developing outreach messaging and maintaining databases of potential prospects.
• Work closely with the Creator Partnerships team to track lead conversion and optimize sourcing efforts.
• Support internal team initiatives, including expanding creator networks, regional opportunities, and growth strategies.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in talent scouting, social media, influencer marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the social media and creator landscape, including platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to manage and track a high volume of prospects.
• A sharp eye for emerging trends and knowledge of Gen-Z culture.
• Strong communication and research skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience using CRM tools or databases for tracking leads (preferred but not required).
