Role Overview
We're looking for a
Client Services Officer to join our fast-paced, collaborative team in the ASEAN region (based in the Philippines) on a
full-time, permanent basis.
In this key role, you’ll be at the heart of our client journey, ensuring a smooth onboarding and planning process, supporting day-to-day operations, and acting as a vital link between our internal teams and valued clients. You’ll take ownership of maintaining accurate data across multiple platforms and help drive service excellence across every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the onboarding of clients, processing system requests, and coordinating certification workflows to ensure alignment with established KPIs and quality standards
- Review and verify documentation from both the sales team and clients, ensuring compliance with established agreements and contract terms
- Set up client accounts, handle system requests, and manage the certification process according to company goals and quality standards.
- Keep client information accurate and up to date in systems like CRM, SAP, and PG
- Ensure service delivery visits are scheduled, rescheduled, and completed on time by managing booking and rebooking requests, in line with performance targets and customer needs.
- Drive continuous improvement by contributing to and leading project-based initiatives that respond to evolving organizational goals and client needs.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with SAP, CRM Tool, or similar ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
- Experience in client onboarding and audit planning, administrative coordination, or audit support is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
