  • Process transactions quickly and accurately
  • Maintain a friendly demeanor while managing the cash register
  • Handle cash, credit, and checks, ensuring all transactions are correct
  • Answer customer inquiries, providing exceptional service
  • Assist in keeping the checkout area clean and organized
  • Comply with JG Manpo Services policies and procedures


المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service or finance is a plus.
  • Experience Level: Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Proficiency in cashiering and operating point of sale systems.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
  • Strong hospitality skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Customer-oriented approach with an ability to handle complaints gracefully.
  • Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Handle cash, credit, or check transactions with customers.
  • Issue change, receipts, refunds, or tickets.
  • Redeem stamps and coupons.
  • Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
  • Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
  • Working Conditions: This role may require working in shifts, including weekends and holidays. Physical demands include standing for extended periods.
