Descripción

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Document all interactions in the system.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.

Requisito

  • College Graduate without BPO experience
  • 2nd year Undergrad with At least 6mos BPO experience
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Experience Level: No experience required; training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong customer service skills, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, maintain records, and provide support.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with structured hours; may require evening or weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
