We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our travel agency team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate and individual clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of the travel industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional travel solutions.

  1. Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
  2. Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  3. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  4. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  5. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  6. Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  7. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  8. Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
  9. Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  10. Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of travel products, services, and industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
