Description

  • Check and monitor the physical condition, general upkeep, and cleanliness of the building, its surroundings, and its facilities.
  • Ensure proper and sensible usage of all utilities in the building including electricity and water.
  • Coordinate and oversee major and minor repairs and renovation in the building.
  • Prepare and monitor preventive maintenance schedule.
  • Conduct meetings with utility and technical personnel to resolve relevant issues and concerns.
  • Prepare or update emergency plans and evacuation procedures.
  • Schedule and coordinate the conduct of pest control activities in the Head Office.
  • Ensure facilities are in compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and building codes.
  • Offer suggestions and recommendations to the Head of Property Administration on matters affecting building administration and utilities management.
  • Cost Management
  • Control and minimize labor overtime
  • Prepare and Monitor the repair and maintenance budget
  • Monitor electricity and water consumption of the building and recommend measures that will help reduce it
  • Prepare reports on budget utilization and utility consumption as needed by the management.
  • Tenant Relation
  • Review statements of accounts for the utilities of tenants and ensure that they are billed on time.
  • Assist and accommodate tenant concerns such as but not limited to maintenance.
  • Community Relation
  • Support or participate in Marketing's CSR activities and that of the Barangay.
  • Assist and accommodate concerns of departments and/or employees in the Barangay.
  • People Management
  • Conduct regular meetings of staff
  • Facilitate or source out training for agency-hired employees
  • Prepare and endorse the training needs of regular employees
  • Provide direction and guidance to direct reports

Requirements

  • Graduated in BS Business Management or any related course
  • Willing to be assign in work location:San Juan.
  • Willing to start immediately
