Position: BIM Modeler - Mechanical and Electrical

Work Setup: Hybrid, based in Angeles City, Pampanga

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 hours per day) and Saturday (4 hours)

Job Purpose: The BIM Modeler is responsible for supporting various tasks related to Building Information Modeling (BIM) for mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and construct 3D models and prepare detailed drawings using REVIT software.
• Update 3D models with the latest information to ensure the accuracy of shop drawings.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines to address design changes and resolve modeling challenges.
• Create BIM models to enhance communication, improve visualization, and support informed decision-making based on design modifications.
• Ensure M&E designs adhere to relevant codes, compliance requirements, and regulations.
• Produce M&E combined services drawings, builder's work drawings, and detailed shop drawings in line with design criteria and specifications.
• Perform clash detection to identify and resolve conflicts within the model.
• Follow the BIM Execution Plan and project-specific BIM workflow criteria.
• Adhere to BIM content standards and development procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all drawings.
• Ensure quality control throughout the modeling process.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) or a related field (or equivalent).
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working with international clients is highly preferred.
• A portfolio demonstrating mechanical and electrical drafting works is REQUIRED.
• Knowledge of BIM requirements, particularly Singapore standards, is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Autodesk REVIT is essential.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD for drawing linkage and cleanup.
• Strong team player with a sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup with the office located in Angeles City, Pampanga.
