Responds to the needs of any walk-in customer, observing standards of customer care.
Responsible in assigning correct part number for parts being inquired for/ordered by counter customers.
Responsible in securing full payment from the counter customer for orders/requirements that are out of the dealership's stock ( to be ordered from TMP).
Submits to the Inventory Control Staff/Supervisor, list of counter requirements/order for ordering purposes.
Responsible in informing counter customers of the arrival of parts they ordered.
Follows up and monitors pending counter orders/requirements so as to be able to inform
To attend to customers needs with utmost effort to deliver Total Customer Satisfaction, considering standards.

College Graduate, 4 yr. Course.
With experience in the field of sales, Knowledgeable with spare parts.
Excellent communication skills; Computer Literate; Systematic and has Customer Handling Skills.
Presentable appearance & pleasing personality; Hardworking.
Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
