- Assist in store management operations.
- Coordinate staff schedules.
- Support team members with daily operations.
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with policies.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Adapt to diverse responsibilities as needed.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of professional experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential. Knowledgeable in creating sales and profit & loss reports. With experience or knowledge in doing inventory and ordering
- Qualities and Traits: Adaptable, detail-oriented, with strong leadership and proactive individuals will excel.
- Willing to be assigned at Mang Inasal- Sangandaan Branch. Preferably near the store location.
