HR and Admin Officer (with Compliance Duties)


Job Summary:

The HR and Admin Officer with Compliance is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources, administrative functions, and ensuring company compliance with regulatory requirements from government agencies such as the BIR, FDA, BOC, DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG, and others. This role ensures proper documentation, legal adherence, and operational support across departments.


Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update the HRIS system.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and timekeeping systems.
  • Prepare payroll-related data and coordinate with accounting/payroll departments.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

Administrative Duties:

  • Supervise office operations, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and internal events.
  • Oversee document filing systems, contract management, and general office documentation.
  • Manage office licenses, permits, and renewals.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure timely registration, renewal, and compliance with:
  • BIR (business registration, Form 0605, ATP, etc.)
  • FDA (product registration, LTO, CPR)
  • BOC (import/export permits, accreditation)
  • NTA (if applicable: tobacco-related licenses)
  • DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG requirements
  • Act as liaison with government agencies or supervise a Liaison Officer.
  • Keep track of deadlines, prepare supporting documentation, and maintain records of all compliance transactions.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Legal Management, or related field
  • 2+ years experience in HR, admin, or compliance-related role
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor law and regulatory processes
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
