Description

  • Customer Service (CS) is a position responsible for providing the best service to customers, whether through phone, text messaging, email, or social media.
  • The main duties include addressing inquiries, complaints, and customer needs to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

General Qualifications:

  • Minimum education of high school/vocational school (Diploma preferred).
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Friendly, patient, and highly empathetic.
  • Able to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Experience as a Customer Service representative is an advantage.
  • Able to operate computers and digital platforms/CRM.
