Descripción

Record and encode financial transactions in the accounting system
Assist in processing accounts payable and receivable
Prepare vouchers, invoices, official receipts, and other supporting documents
Monitor and reconcile petty cash, bank statements, and other accounts
Assist in payroll preparation and government remittances (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR)
Maintain and organize financial records and documents
Support in the preparation of financial reports and statements
Assist in audits and inventory checks when necessary
Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by t

Requisito

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any related course
At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information
